You probably noticed that I didn't upload anything last month. Well, here's why. I was in another state helping out a family member. I won't go into too many details for privacy reasons, but it was nothing bad. They're getting ready to move to a new home, and they really needed some help cleaning out their house. It ended up being more like a vacation. If you're interested, I'm gonna talk about some of the fun stuff I got to do during the trip when I wasn't working. I'll try to keep it brief.

I got to see Beetlejuice Beetlejuice. I had some issues with the movie, but overall I enjoyed it. It was the first movie I'd ever seen in a theater. Yep, I had never been in a theater before. Some other firsts include getting to see the ocean and taking a walk on a beach. It wasn't a big beach. It was a small beach attached to a park, and it was completely empty. I could have spent all day out there just staring at the water and listening to the waves. It was so peaceful. The rest of my time was spent just hanging out with the family, playing games, watching movies, and having a bunch of laughs. 

Well, that's about it for my trip. I guess there weren't too many interesting things to tell you guys about. Oh well. I wanted to let you all know what I have been up to for the past month. It was certainly a memorable experience for me. I'm a little sad it's over, but I'm also happy to be back home. I was able to do some sketching while I was away, so I'll be getting to work on finishing them up now that I can. I have already uploaded one of them. 

Oh, there was one other interesting thing that happened. On the way home, we saw a guy riding a motorcycle while dressed head to toe in a Grinch costume with a life-sized plastic skeleton strapped to his back. Yeah, I have no idea what that was about, but it was certainly something.
